The Kendall County Aggie Moms’ Club and Hill Country Aggies Club are pleased to announce that 12, $1,000 scholarships will be offered for the 2022-2023 academic school year.  These are one time scholarships to students that meet the following criteria and submit the scholarship application:

Scholarship Application 2022/2023

To apply for the scholarship, students must:
o Submit the Club’s application.
o Have completed at least 30 hours at Texas A&M University (TAMU). (Does not include transfer hours or AP credit)
o Have parents who reside in Kendall County: Boerne (78006), Fair Oaks Ranch (78015), Comfort (78013), Sisterdale (78006), Welfare (78006), Waring (78074), Bergheim (78004) and/or Kendalia (78027).
o Maintain good standing with TAMU and have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
o Full-time student currently attending Texas A&M – College Station, Texas A&M – Galveston, Texas A&M – Qatar, or Texas A&M – McAllen. Students considered full-time by TAMU as presented under Enrollment Status Definitions and Exceptions to Full Time Enrollment as per registrar.tamu.edu will be considered full-time by KCAMC. Exception to these criteria will be considered case by case.
o Have submitted a current transcript via email to kendallcountymoms@aggienetwork.com from their tamu.edu email address. (unofficial transcript pdf generated on HOWDY is preferred)

Applications will be accepted

February 5, 2023 through March 5, 2023.

Scholarship applications will be reviewed by scholarship committee. Not all applicants are guaranteed a scholarship. Scholarship awards are one time only and the application does not roll to the next year. A new application must be submitted each academic year. The completed application includes the online application and an email copy of student transcript and must be submitted on or before March 5, 2023. Scholarship recipients will be contacted before May 2023 graduation. Scholarship money will be sent to Texas A&M, and Texas A&M will deposit the money to your student account. If you have questions about your eligibility or the scholarship program, please contact Kimberly McGinnis at kendallcountymoms@aggienetwork.com.

Email a copy of your current transcript via tamu.edu email to kendallcountymoms@aggienetwork.com. An Unofficial Transcript is acceptable, however “Screenshots” will not be accepted. The current transcript should be saved as a pdf and named in the following manner: LastnameFirstname.pdf. For example, if your name is Kyle Olsen, your filename should read OlsenKyle.pdf. Please have the subject line read “Aggie Moms’ Club & Hill Country Aggies 2022-2023 Scholarship Application” and remember to attach your transcript. When the application and transcript has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Application is open to all currently enrolled Kendall County Aggies who attend Texas A&M College Station, Texas A&M Galveston, or Texas A&M McAllen full time (see exceptions below) and have parents that reside in Kendall County. Applications will be accepted February 16, 2018 through March 23, 2018. Click the link below to access application.
